Ticket Creation Statistics
Our bot allows you to easily track how much your ticket system is being utilised on a daily basis allowing you to discover trends based on your server activities. You can filter by panel and specify a report length to provide stats for by using the optional parameters.

Ticket Responsiveness Statistics
Ticket responsiveness is an ideal metric for user experience in tickets. By minimising response speed, you can help to reduce user abandonment to maximise your sales. To recognise where your pitfalls are, our statistics are of use!

Staff Activity Statistics
You are able to view stats for your support team on a per-user or per-panel basis, as well as a leaderboard for your entire support team.
You can use the /tickets stats user
command to view stats on an individual basis, or use the /ticket stats all
to see leaderboards for your staff performance to identify underperforming staff and high achievers.
