# Why Elyxir?

Elyxir is a sophisticated Discord bot for FiveM servers with a wide variety of features designed to cater to our ever-expanding audience and, with our help, you can significantly improve the operations in your server. ## Unique Features

Our bot has a lot of unique features, but let's talk about some of our most well-known and popular ones!

#### Ticket System

Our ticket system has been made from the ground up with FiveM servers in mind. That's why our system integrates with FiveM, and Tebex to make a seamless experience.

Our FiveM ticket integration displays the in-game ID of players within tickets to allow for easy communication between staff and players. Our Tebex Integration displays transaction details for a specified tebex-id. 

We are also proud of our wide customisation options; you can customise most of the responses from the bot and if you wish to customise something which is not yet available then you can just ask and we will do our best to facilitate it.

If you are tired of waiting hours for your players to respond to tickets, then our ticket system is perfect for you! Our reminder system allows you to dispatch a reminder message to your users if they are inactive within a ticket, just by using the `/remind` command. Of course, you can customise the message they are sent too!

#### Custom Branding

#### Vanity Roles

The pivotal feature which got this bot started was the Vanity Roles feature, which allows you to encourage your users to share your server by giving them rewards such as Vanity Priority or other in-game benefits. Essentially, anything linked to a role can be rewarded using this system.

#### Applications

Our applications feature, unlike alternatives, offers the ability to create custom applications on Discord using forms. You can create unique applications, and set up functionalities such as a results channel and a role to be automatically applied to accepted users. Our sophisticated system will allow you to streamline your application process in a user-friendly manner.
