This command is part of the Gang Priority Module

Description

This command will setup the Gang Priority Manager which allows your gang owners to give priority to the members of their gang

Note: Any parameter prefixed with ! is required, the others are optional.

Manager Role

The role which is allowed to create new gangs, and delete existing ones.
